Welcome to 3DTexel (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of all content, downloads, and services provided through our platform. By using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. License Types

1.1 Free License – Non-Commercial

✅ Allowed Uses:

  • Personal projects
  • Educational use and portfolio work
  • Non-commercial experiments and practice
  • Access all formats and resolutions
  • Receive 120 credits per month (Credits cap 120)

❌ Prohibited Uses:

  • Any commercial use (e.g., games, films, YouTube, client work)
  • Reselling, redistributing, or sharing assets
  • Including assets in packs, templates, plugins, or marketplace products
  • Use in AI training datasets

1.2 Premium License – Commercial (No Redistribution)

✅ Allowed Uses:

  • Commercial games, trailers, and renders
  • Client projects, advertising, and visualizations
  • YouTube, Twitch, NFTs (renders only)
  • Freelance and internal company use
  • Access to all libraries, formats, and resolutions
  • Receive 600 credits per month (no credit cap)
  • Download a .txt license file (valid 6 months from subscription)

❌ Prohibited Uses:

  • Reselling or redistributing files (even modified)
  • Using assets in plugins, marketplace tools, or asset kits
  • Using assets in AI training datasets
  • Uploading files to any asset platform

1.3 Commercial License – Integration Rights (Value-Added Use Only)

✅ Allowed Uses:

  • Use in asset packs, plugins, and tools that add value
  • Embedding in training kits, VFX packs, or downloadable templates
  • Including assets in products where they are not the primary content
  • Access to all formats, resolutions, and libraries
  • Receive 2000 credits per month (no credit cap)
  • Download a .txt license file (valid 6 months from subscription)

❌ Prohibited Uses:

  • Selling or redistributing assets as-is
  • Using assets as the main product or core value of your release
  • Uploading to any online marketplace or asset hub
  • Using for AI training or model development

2. User Accounts

You must create an account to access downloads and use site features. You are responsible for the security of your account and activity under it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or license conditions.

3. Intellectual Property

All assets, files, and content on 3DTexel are owned by 3DTexel or its creators. No ownership is transferred to you — only a limited-use license based on your subscription.

4. Attribution

Attribution is not required but is appreciated when possible (e.g., credits, project descriptions, documentation).

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Mass-downloading using bots, scripts, or automation
  • Circumventing credit systems or making multiple free accounts
  • Sharing, reselling, or re-uploading our content
  • Violating applicable laws or using content for unlawful purposes

6. Termination of Access

We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate our Terms, misuse credits, or harm the platform or community.

7. No Warranties

All assets are provided \"as-is\" with no guarantee of performance, compatibility, or suitability for your workflow.

8. Limitation of Liability

3DTexel is not responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or misuse of our content.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms may change over time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of our platform means you accept the latest version.
