Prohibited Uses:
 Any commercial use (e.g., in games, films, YouTube, client work)
 Reselling or redistributing the assets
 Including assets in packs, templates, plugins, or marketplace products

You may use these assets for personal, educational, and non-commercial projects. Commercial use of any kind is prohibited without an active commercial license.
Subscribers to our Premium plan may use assets in commercial productions.
Allowed Uses:
Commercial games and films
Client projects, advertising, and marketing
YouTube, Twitch, and other streaming/video content
Renders, visualizations, and animations
Prohibited Uses:
 Reselling or redistributing our assets (modified or unmodified)
 Including assets in asset packs, toolkits, plugins, templates, or collections for sale
License Text:
You may use these assets in commercial projects, including games, films, and renders, provided the assets are not resold or redistributed individually or as part of a collection.
This optional license is available upon request and grants additional rights for large-scale integration and resale.
Allowed Uses:
Use in commercial asset packs (e.g., foliage packs, environment kits)
Integration into downloadable tools, plugins, templates, or kits
Showcasing in rendered previews or embedded visual demos
Prohibited Uses:
 Redistribution of raw asset files without being embedded in value-added work

Allows integration of our assets into commercial tools, templates, and asset collections, including marketplace uploads, with attribution. Redistribution of raw files is still prohibited unless embedded into value-added work.

You must create an account to access downloads and certain features.
You are responsible for your account security and activity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or licensing rules.
All content, materials, and assets on 3DTexel are the intellectual property of 3DTexel or its contributors. Downloading assets does not transfer ownership rights. You receive a limited-use license based on your subscription tier.
Attribution is not required for using our assets, but we appreciate credit whenever possible (e.g., in documentation, project descriptions, or social media).
You agree not to:
Use bots, scripts, or automation to mass-download content
Circumvent download limits or create multiple accounts to abuse our free tier
Resell, redistribute, or re-upload our content
Violate any applicable laws or use our assets in unlawful ways
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
Violate our Terms or licensing policies
Abuse download systems
Engage in behavior that harms our service or community
All assets are provided “as is,” without any warranty. We do not guarantee compatibility with your software, pipeline, or project needs.
3DTexel shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of our content, including lost profits, data loss, or production issues.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the site constitutes agreement with the revised Terms.
