Quick Start Guide

1

Open Library

Click "PP Library" button in the toolbar or Window → Post Process Library

2

Browse Effects

Search, filter by category, and preview thumbnails

3

Apply Effect

Select a BP_PostProcessController in your level, then click "Apply to Selected"

4

Animate!

Add to Sequencer and keyframe the ScalarSlot values

Sequencer Integration

The BP_PostProcessController exposes 22 scalar slots and 8 vector slots for Sequencer animation. Each slot automatically maps to a material parameter.

ScalarSlot00 - ScalarSlot21 Float values for intensity, strength, size, and other scalar parameters.
VectorSlot00 - VectorSlot07 Color/vector values for tint, color grading, and multi-component parameters.
bActive Enable/disable the entire post-process effect. Animatable for fade in/out.

Blueprint Control

Control post-process effects at runtime using these Blueprint functions:

Set Scalar Parameter Set a scalar parameter by name (e.g., "GlitchIntensity", 0.5). Applies immediately.
Set Vector Parameter Set a color/vector parameter by name. Great for dynamic color changes.
Set ScalarSlotXX + Apply Parameters Set slot value directly, then call Apply Parameters to update the material.
Set Enabled Toggle the post-process effect on/off.

Blueprint Example

Toggle a post-process parameter with a key press:

Node Description
E Key Event Trigger on key press
Get Actor of Class Get reference to BP_PostProcessController
Flip Flop Alternate between two states
Set Scalar Parameter Set "Brightness" to 0.0 or 1.0

Library Browser Features

Search Filter effects by name or tags in real-time.
Category Filter Show only effects from a specific category.
Thumbnail Size Adjust preview size with the slider (64px to 512px).
